Azam Swati video case: PTI Asked resignation of Chairman Senate
PTI has demanded the resignation of Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani over the alleged video of Azam Swati. A meeting of the PTI and the United Opposition Parliamentary Party was held in the Senate, in which the Special Committee established in the party's declaration was completely rejected and asked that Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani should resign because of the violation of the sanctity of Azam Swati.
The Senate strongly condemned Azam Swati's cruel, inhuman and immoral behavior.
According to the statement, the parliamentary committee strongly condemned the murderous attack on Imran Khan and expressed serious reservations about not filing an immediate FIR against the named accused in the attack.
The committee demanded that as per the request of the affected party, an FIR should be registered and the perpetrators of the attack on Imran Khan should be brought to justice.
Parliamentary Committee supported all four demands in Imran Khan's press conference.
