Iqbal Day is the birthday of Muhammad Iqbalcelebrated on 9th of November every year. Iqbal, a poet and philosopher, was a great inspiration for the Pakistan Movement. 9 November is celebrated every year in all the provinces of Pakistan as a tribute to Allama Muhammad Iqbal, the "Poet of the East".
